The hotel is perfectly located on Lexington, at the heart of Manhattan, making it ideal for exploring NY. The rooms are dated and not up to the usual W standard, and they are small for the number of guests, which may cause breakfast availability issues. However, the location is fantastic, within easy reach of 5th Avenue shops, Central Park, and Times Square without the crowds. The service was a mix, ranging from helpful luggage storage to unprofessional and lacking communication skills. The facilities are average with small, dated rooms and a poorly arranged dining area, but the location compensates for these shortcomings.
